I visited Turrning Heads salon as I was looking to have a change. I was fortunate to meet the owner/Manager Purnima who was approachable and understood what I was looking for. I must say the amount of dedication and patience she and her team have is incredible. Definitely recommend the salon to all. I went for an Anti frizz treatment along with hair color. I am happy with the end results. Poo with her team ensures that they cater to your requirements personally which makes you confident to trust them. I look forward to visit them again as they are located in the heart of Al Barsha.

My experience was amazing!!They did an excellent job for a reasonable price with good quality products. what I feel is they dont compromise the quality of the products they are using. The staffs are friendly and professional. Even when its very busy they took their time to finish their job efficiently. Purnima (Owner), was very helpful in giving suggestions and she checks every bit of the work done. The salon was clean and tidy. Loved this place!!

Amazing salon, the best hair balayage I have got done is at Turning Heads. Excellent attention to detail from colour choice to application and after treatment. The owner and the staff make you feel so pampered throughout. Love this little gem and Purnima is fabulous!

A big thank you to Turning Heads Beauty Salon for giving my hair an amazing much needed make over.Just let me share with you a few details why the experience has been such a fantastic one…First it is so easily located…my cab driver dropped me right in front of the salon so had no trouble looking for the place..Second the moment I walked in I saw the place was so clean and everyone was following the safety protocol of wearing mask…Third ,I was advised the perfect hair services(no unnecessary add ons…) and the work began.Now my hair were acting so stubborn about the colour but the expert kept working on it without any harrowing expression.it was getting late yet she kept at it till I did not get the perfect shade…and ofcourse keeping a good check on the health of my hair.they were extremely patient calm and the time pass by so easily as the staff knows how to keep people entertained with a lovely and smart conversation going.So I’m definitely recommending this place to people who are looking for a good salon ,of course number one reason being the excellent services and plus so many add on s.😊Special thanks to Purnima for advising the right kind of service and to Binny who did a phenomenal job.😘

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. They charged me 42 for my eyebrows trim and I wanted to pay with card and they does not allowed me because the minimum payment was 50. I called my husband to pay and as they do not allowed him to at least give me the cash, I went out to receive the money and they started looking for me outside. The attention was very bad however the work they did on my eyebrows was amazing

I have come now for my 3rd makeover and I think it was time to pen down a review after exceeding my expectations all the times. Have come for hair makeovers with them and love the final output i left with. Started off with getting a good haircut and then going for a red balayage to coming today and challenging the hairstylist to strip the fading red and give me a different color. The stylist recommended me to go with honey brown highlights uand I felt confident in her suggestions and gave it a go. Its lovely to see my hair in an different family of color after sticking to plum and reds for the last couple of years.Poornima and her gang of girls are lovely and these ladies work hard to give you a great experienceApart from hair I have tried their facial once and was pleased and felt relaxedDo give them a try

I used this beauty salon for a mani - pedi which I hadn’t done for years! The service was great and I’m so happy with the results. It’s been almost 2 weeks and nails still looking impeccable. All the staff was very friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable and cared for. The salon was easy to find with free parking easily accessible.I will definitely come back :)

Horrible! I have been to many amazing salons across dubai since 2013. Finally I found this salon in the heart of Al Barsha. The girls were so sweet and taking really good care of me. Until I met their manager/owner. The way she was treating her staff in front of me, standing next us and observing us made me feel very uncomfortable. I started going in the mornings to avoid this situation (because she usually comes in the afternoons). Today I had to cancel my appointment due to an emergency and instead of saying No worries. Hope to see you soon. She did send me a very rude message saying that I should cancel in advance because she could have given other clients the appointment. She blamed me for losing customers because of my cancellation. How rude? How can you treat a customer like this? Especially a regular customer. How can I let her know in advance that my dad will end up at the hospital? I already called them 30minutes in advance instead of not even showing up. She kept messaging me until I had to block her. I even took 2 of my friends there before they refused to go again because of

The owner/manager Purnima is the sweetest most professional lady ever. She was so welcoming and accommodating even when I cancelled and rescheduled my appointment a million times. My waxing was the best I had so far with Cecelia and Fakhra. And so sorry I forgot the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she was amazing too and did a great job with my ingrown nails.The only downside I would say was that they charged me for ingrown nails treatment separately. I never paid for that separately before. Its usually included in pedicure. But not a big deal since the service was 5 stars in general.

I visited Turning Heads Salon yesterday and all I have to say is that it s like an OASIS in barsha. The salon itself is extremely clean and nice. The staff is extremely polite and proffesional. I specifically did my nails and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. The manager of the salon, Purnima, is an amazing lady, incredibly helpful and she is there all the time to make sure that customers are happy.
